Application For Registration

Note-

Registration fees of Rs. 500/- to be paid (in cash) along with the form in the school office.

Print the form on a white A4 size paper and submit it to the school office along with the below mentioned supporting documents and required photos. Father and Mother both must sign on the application form.

Admission formalities must be completed by parents only.

Compulsory Documents to be attached along with the application:

1. One Small size - Family photo (10 cm - 6x4)

2. Child's municipal birth Certificate Xerox.

3. For Catholics - both Birth Certificate & Church Baptism Certificate Xerox.

4. Child's Aadhaar Card Xerox. (compulsory for Jr.kg)

5. Child's Fitness Certificate.

6. Proof of residence (Telephone /Light bill, Ration card) (Compulsory for Jr.kg)

7. Child's cast certificate OR Father's cast certificate Xerox.
